Soiree Pierrade à Bugis.
Mes chers GSF collegues ont propose un hot pot! En fait, c'est un mix de pierrade et fondue sur/dans laquelle on fait chauffer de la nourriture. Faut imaginer la scene: au carrefour d'une intersection encombrée, une mini table avec des tabourets, flanquee du fameux hot pot, qui vous chauffe la tete comme une raclette au mois de Novembre. 2 heures de cuisson de nouilles, poulet, porc, poisson, fruits de mer, crustaces plus objets flottants non identifies tout ca sous 33 degres. Mythique.
